About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting players through both phone and live chat.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or similar environment.
- Excellent Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a wide range of people.
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A warm, friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
- A supportive team player who's always happy to help colleagues.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career at tombola.
