Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the development and execution of medical affairs strategies, programs, and deliverables.
  • Provides clinical and subject-matter expertise to marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensures the scientific integrity of research and communications with healthcare providers.
  • Identifies, develops, and maintains productive relationships with thought leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develops and executes Medical Affairs strategic scientific programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in a scientific or related field required; MD, Ph.D., or PharmD preferred.
  • Ten or more years of progressive medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Five or more years of breast cancer therapeutic area experience.
  • Expertise in therapeutic areas within Tolmar’s portfolio.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate research design, methodology, and outcome measures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Training and experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
