Operations

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams
• Identify administrative processes and work with the Global Sales Operations Team
• Propose and lead improvement projects for Sales and CRM Processes
• Engage the global CRM Super User community
• Train new Country CRM Super Users, Sales Staff and Sales Leaders
• Lead Regional Implementation of new Sales Tools (e.g. Salesforce.com)
• Improve CRM Data Quality and analyse sales data
• Collaborate with Global Sales Operations Team for continuous improvement
