About the role

  • Intensive medical monitoring, basic and treatment nursing in the patient’s home environment
  • Carrying out rehabilitative measures and providing social support
  • Flexible assignments at our care locations across Baden-Württemberg (up to 100 km radius around Stuttgart)
  • Communication and coordination with relatives and physicians
  • Maintaining nursing documentation

Requirements

  • You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), general nursing specialist (Pflegefachmann/-frau), or pediatric nurse
  • You hold a qualification as a specialist in out-of-hospital ventilation or in intensive and anesthesia nursing, or you are a recognized nursing expert
  • You have experience in intensive care or ventilation care in the home setting
  • Flexible availability for assignments at different care locations across Baden-Württemberg
  • Willingness to work both day and night shifts
  • You hold a driving license (Class B)
