About the role
- Intensive medical monitoring, basic and treatment nursing care in the patient's home
- Primary contact for the patient and their relatives
- Communication and coordination with therapists
- Implementation of rehabilitative measures and social support
- Maintenance of nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, general nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse, or alternatively you are already a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a nursing expert for out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care, a specialist nurse in intensive care/anesthesia, or a respiratory therapist
- Driving licence
- Interest in providing outpatient care to patients requiring intensive care
- Passion for 1:1 nursing care
- Conscientious, independent and responsible working style
- Empathy and a caring approach to your patients
