About the role

  • You will take on care coordination in collaboration with the head of nursing, demonstrating a strong service mindset
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing and care staff and offer on-site assistance
  • Ensure organizational processes, compliance with hygiene standards, and implementation of the care concept at on-site care locations
  • Act as a point of contact for our clients and their relatives and support them on-site through professional case management

Requirements

  • You are a qualified registered nurse or geriatric nurse
  • Further qualification for leadership responsibilities in nursing is desirable
  • You think with a service- and customer-oriented approach
  • Initial experience with personnel responsibility would be an advantage
  • You demonstrate social competence and a team-oriented, determined, and results-driven way of working
  • Good IT skills (MS Office; familiarity with Connext-Vivendi is a plus) and comfortable using modern communication tools
  • You hold a Class B driving license and enjoy working independently on-site with our clients
