About the role
- Intensive medical monitoring, basic and treatment care in the home setting
- You are the point of contact for the patient and their relatives
- You communicate and liaise with therapists
- Carrying out rehabilitative measures and providing social support
- Outings and excursions with our patient and, if applicable, their relatives
- Maintaining nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse; alternatively, you may already be a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a nursing expert in out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care, a specialist nurse in intensive care/anesthesia, or a respiratory therapist
- You are interested in outpatient care for patients requiring intensive nursing
- You bring a passion for one-to-one care
- Your working style is conscientious, independent and responsible
- You have empathy and provide attentive, caring support to your patient
