About the role
- Individual work in a comfortable private household, not circuit nursing — only ONE patient
- Excellent work–life balance through regular 12-hour shifts and approximately 14 shifts per month (full-time)
- Intensive medical monitoring, basic and treatment nursing care in the home setting
- Delivery of rehabilitative measures and social support
- Flexible assignments across our care services in Baden-Württemberg (up to 100 km around Stuttgart)
- Communication and coordination with family members and physicians
- Maintaining nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse
- You hold a qualification as a specialist in out-of-hospital (home) ventilation or in intensive and anesthesia nursing, or you are a recognized nursing expert
- You have experience in intensive care or ventilator care in the home setting
- Willingness to be deployed flexibly at different care assignments across Baden-Württemberg
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts
- You hold a valid driving license (Class B)
