About the role
- You will work in the Böblingen area providing 1:1 care in a calm, low-stress environment directly in our patients' homes
- Here you can provide comprehensive, holistic care in coordination with your team, our nursing manager (PDL), physicians, and therapists
- You are the point of contact for the patient and their relatives
- You liaise and maintain contact with therapists
- Carrying out rehabilitative measures and providing social support
- Outings and excursions with our patient and, if applicable, their relatives
- Maintaining nursing documentation
Requirements
- Qualified as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse
- Alternatively, you are already a specialist in out-of-hospital intensive care, a nursing expert in out-of-hospital intensive and ventilation care, an intensive care/anesthesia nurse specialist, or a respiratory therapist
- You are interested in outpatient care for patients requiring intensive nursing
- You are passionate about 1:1 care
- Your working style is conscientious, independent, and responsible
- You are empathetic and provide caring support for your patient
