• Provide clinical oversight for group programs and OTA caseloads
• Support scheduling needs, including reschedules, group changes, and pauses
• Develop and update client goals and care plans in collaboration with families
• Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
• Oversee scheduling processes to maintain balanced and effective group sessions
• Respond to member and family inquiries with clear, supportive communication
