Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor platform usage using quantitative and qualitative data across different tools.
Lead the implementation of the platform at our clients' companies.
Understand customers' problems and identify the best solutions.
Take any necessary actions to ensure customers love Toku and increase their revenue through our platform.
Contribute new ideas to improve the team and Toku overall.
Be a driving force behind Toku's operational growth in Brazil.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong desire to innovate and develop professionally.
Well-developed interpersonal and social skills.
High motivation and proactivity.
Strong analytical abilities.
Quick to learn and eager to work with digital tools and automation.
Intermediate Spanish for internal communication (preferred).
Experience implementing enterprise-level projects.
