About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive, register and review claim notices, performing a preliminary assessment of the event
Evaluate coverage based on the policy’s contractual terms and the documentation submitted
Manage claims processes end-to-end, ensuring proper handling and compliance with deadlines
Engage, guide and monitor service providers and claims adjusters
Conduct and/or assist with remote and on-site inspections to assess damages
Monitor deadlines and activities with service providers
Identify inconsistencies in contracts and refer adjustments to the responsible departments
Keep the client informed throughout the entire process, including in cases of claim denial
Provide client support and advisory, ensuring clear and empathetic service

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in progress or completed in Administration, Engineering or related fields
Intermediate English
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills and ease interacting with clients and partners
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Plus: Knowledge of claims, claims handling or insurance
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)
