About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, adjust and manage Financial Lines claims, including Surety, D&O, E&O and Kidnap & Ransom (K&R), with a focus on corporate clients.
Receive, register and handle claim notifications, ensuring correct opening, monitoring and settlement of files.
Interpret insurance policies, contracts, clauses and general conditions to assess coverage and classify claims.
Adjust and maintain technical reserves according to the development of claim regulation.
Engage, guide and supervise specialized service providers, including remote and on-site inspections, validating reports, fees and expenses.
Work together with external law firms in the handling and settlement of claims.
Prepare technical and legal responses to inquiries, statements and demands related to claims.
Monitor deadlines, volumes of reported and settled claims, maintaining records and system updates.
Identify contractual or operational inconsistencies, supporting process improvements and risk mitigation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law.
Hands-on experience in regulation and analysis of Financial Lines claims at insurers or corporate brokers.
Experience with products such as Surety, D&O and E&O.
Solid knowledge of contract analysis and interpretation of policy clauses and conditions.
Intermediate English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
