About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide virtual support to brokers via email, WhatsApp, phone, Microsoft Teams and video calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Support management of the broker portfolio, tracking requests, outstanding items and administrative tasks.
Assist in organizing and updating quotation, renewal and commercial indicator reports.
Contribute to the execution of commercial campaigns and micro-campaigns, supporting promotion and monitoring of results.
Participate in team trainings and meetings, sharing information and supporting team integration.
Assist in resolving requests with involved departments, facilitating communication between brokers and the company.
Assist in onboarding new brokers, providing guidance on processes and tools.
Keep records up to date in CRM systems and other commercial platforms.
Suggest improvements to operational processes to increase efficiency and quality of service.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in insurance;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Higher education in progress or completed;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote/home office)
