Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the analysis, development, execution and planning of activities related to building and maintaining systems
Analyze system requirements using their documentation to understand functionality, business rules and data flows
Participate in data gathering, working meetings, user interviews and in defining the methods and resources necessary for implementing new systems and/or modifying existing ones
Document updates made to systems or to developed projects, facilitating their use and understanding
Analyze the performance of deployed systems, reassess routines, manuals and work methods to ensure they meet internal clients’ needs, and suggest improvements to quality and efficiency
Participate in activities related to system maintenance or the execution of high-complexity, high-criticality projects
