About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Validate partner requests, recording and maintaining the evidence history for each request to ensure all contractual requirements can be met by the product.
- Analyze and design test scenarios for projects, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of implemented solutions and contributing to the success of improvement initiatives.
- Log and track correction requests for products, processes, and quote engines, monitoring deliveries and statuses in follow-up meetings to ensure issues are resolved within established deadlines.
- Assist in contract validation, ensuring all steps are correctly completed in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to guarantee compliance with contractual requirements.
- Source quotes for assistance services and capitalization products from partners, ensuring the options offered meet client needs and provide advantageous solutions.
- Contribute to identifying new business opportunities with partners, seeking strategies that strengthen partnerships and expand the company’s product offering.
- Review circulars and regulations to identify necessary adjustments to products and processes, ensuring products and operations remain compliant with current legislation and general conditions.
- Implement product campaign plans, coordinating actions with impacted areas and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, focusing on efficient execution and planned results.
- Ensure all product materials are kept up to date, reflecting the latest information and changes in terms and conditions so the commercial team has accurate information.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze competitors and identify trends and opportunities for product improvements, contributing to the evolution of the offering and the company’s competitiveness.
- Evaluate quotation requests related to affinity programs, considering product characteristics (coverages and assistance services), and accurately complete the policy implementation spreadsheet to ensure client specifications are met.
- Create detailed commercial proposals and validate all pre-sales and post-sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client needs and internal company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with insurance products.
- Knowledge of the complete product lifecycle (general conditions, interpretation, covered risks, excluded risks, etc.).
- Intermediate English.
- Preferred: Knowledge of personal insurance and marketing.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
