About the role

  • Plan, design, and execute test cases and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, load, black-box).
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests (automation scripts / regression suites).
  • Create and organize test data sets for different scenarios, boundary conditions, and exceptions.
  • Log, detail, and track defects in test/issue management tools.
  • Monitor systems and applications, identifying failures, inconsistencies, and abnormal behavior.
  • Analyze and validate business and development requirements, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
  • Serve as a subject-matter reference for a product/pillar, understanding business rules, variations, and integrations.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, planning, review, refinement), presenting status and blockers.
  • Collaborate with Development, Business, PMO, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams.
  • Document test results and evidence in clear, traceable reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related Technology fields.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Proven experience in manual and automated testing.
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Experience analyzing and validating requirements in collaboration with business and development teams.
