Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a strategic territory plan by identifying and meeting with prospective agents
Drive additional business through agency visits, social events, trade shows, and correspondence
Meet or exceed sales goals for existing and new business
Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned agent accounts
Monitor competitor and industry trends
Collaborate with internal resources for training or educational events
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations

What you’ll need

At least two years of sales experience, crop insurance experience preferred
Exceptional communicator with the ability to facilitate cross-functionally
Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to the Company’s business
Required to travel outside normal work location, travel is up to 75%
Ability to work independently and achieve organizational goals
