About the role

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to optimize performance and identify market opportunities
  • Coach and train field sales representatives to increase efficiency and sales results
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions and customer events
  • Ensure compliance with processes, policies and quality standards in the field

Requirements

  • Several years of field sales experience with initial leadership experience
  • Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills and ability to implement sales strategies
  • Highly self-motivated, assertive and team-oriented
  • Flexible, willing to travel frequently and holder of a Class B driving license
  • Business-fluent Turkish and either German or English; additional languages are an advantage
