About the role
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to optimize performance and identify market opportunities
- Coach and train field sales representatives to increase efficiency and sales results
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions and customer events
- Ensure compliance with processes, policies and quality standards in the field
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience with initial leadership experience
- Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills and ability to implement sales strategies
- Highly self-motivated, assertive and team-oriented
- Flexible, willing to travel frequently and holder of a Class B driving license
- Business-fluent Turkish and either German or English; additional languages are an advantage
