About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth and performance
Collaborate with the product owner to manage and deliver on the product roadmap
Guide architectural decisions for a new application
Maintain and improve legacy PHP applications
Write and review code, primarily in .NET and React
Implement best practices in CI/CD and cloud-based development
Ensure high quality, scalable, and maintainable software delivery
Partner closely with product management to define and execute the roadmap
Contribute directly to code and architecture in a role split 50% people management and 50% hands-on technical work

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years in a lead or senior engineering role
5–6 years of experience with .NET
4–5 years of experience with AWS
2–3 years of experience with React
Strong experience with SQL Server
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with PHP, mobile development, payments, React Native, B2B SaaS, or rock climbing/gym industry listed as nice to have only
