About the role

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from kickoff through completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined scope and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining delivery rigor and focus.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to align priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing.
  • Drive execution through direct leadership, coordination, and escalation when necessary.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • Support customers in identifying opportunities for business process improvement using Togetherwork solutions.
  • Track project progress and provide accurate, timely reporting on milestones, risks, and exceptions.
  • Manage change requests and support structured change management processes.
  • Ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively to minimize delivery impact.
  • Contribute to consistent, repeatable delivery practices across the organization.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivery quality, customer value, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing projects involving both technical and business deliverables.
  • Proven success delivering complex initiatives with accountability for timelines and budgets.
  • Experience working in software, technology-enabled, or SaaS-driven environments.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating shared resources.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases.
  • Solid grasp of information technology concepts and delivery processes.
  • Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Windows, Office, and Project.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar) preferred.
