  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Togetherwork’s customer-first values.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience (SaaS exposure a plus).
  • Experience sourcing and hiring in the Austin market.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruiting.
  • Clear communication and natural relationship-building ability.
  • Must live in Austin, TX and work onsite 2–3 days per week.
