About the role
- Run full-cycle recruiting for sales, G&A, and early-career roles.
- Source talent creatively in the Austin market through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and events.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, interview processes, and candidate feedback.
- Use Greenhouse and AI recruiting tools to streamline sourcing, scheduling, and communication.
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Togetherwork’s customer-first values.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience (SaaS exposure a plus).
- Experience sourcing and hiring in the Austin market.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruiting.
- Clear communication and natural relationship-building ability.
- Must live in Austin, TX and work onsite 2–3 days per week.
