About the role
- Report to the Head of Revenue Operations and partner with sales to accelerate revenue growth
- Drive process improvements, execute commissions, optimize the sales tech stack, and uncover buyer journey insights
- Act as operational partner to sales reps and managers to ensure tools, data, and processes support growth
- First 30 Days: Onboard, learn RevOps processes and tech stack, interview Sales and Marketing, review enablement and commission structures
- First 90 Days: Own commissions execution (data, analysis, payroll submissions), manage Salesforce and tool support tickets, prioritize RevOps initiatives, manage Salesforce-adjacent tools
- First 6 Months+: Optimize sales processes, enhance Salesforce best practices, implement automations, build reports and dashboards, collaborate cross-functionally, lead requirements gathering for RevOps projects
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with sales tech stack tools (Qualified, Sales Engagement, Clay, Fathom AI, or similar)
- Strong analytical ability to draw insights from data, build reports, and support forecasting
- Proven track record of improving sales processes, quota/commission management, and tool adoption
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Coaching & Development: Able to support sales teams with enablement and performance improvement
