About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow strategic accounts within semiconductor and networking verticals
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through long-term account development strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across: – Engineering – Product – Procurement – Executive leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and align solutions to business needs
- Lead account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Develop long-term growth strategies aligned to client roadmaps
- Track pipeline, performance, and revenue growth across accounts
- Partner with solution architects, delivery teams, and product leaders
- Shape tailored solutions based on customer technical environments
- Ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction
- Stay current on semiconductor and networking trends
- Understand client challenges and competitive landscape
- Proactively identify opportunities ahead of demand
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 10–15+ years of account management or business development experience
- 7+ years of experience in high-tech, semiconductor, or networking industries
- Proven track record of growing revenue within large enterprise accounts
- Experience in IT services or technology solutions sales
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with global delivery teams
