Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
18+ years of experience in power systems, grid automation, or energy technology
10+ years of leadership experience in product development or technology organizations
Experience leading grid software platforms such as DERMS, SCADA, or grid analytics systems
Strong experience working with utilities, transmission operators, or grid modernization programs
Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex technology initiatives
