Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day planning and execution of digital twin, CGI, AI, and experiential projects from concept to completion
Support production workflows involving real-time rendering, 3D modeling, AI content production, and interactive/experiential installations
Articulate complex project scopes, draft proposals, and create clear client documentation
Facilitate communication between designers, developers, and engineers
Liaise with external vendors and animation studios
Maintain project plans, track risks, and manage budgets using Excel, Basecamp, and Jira

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience focused on technical or creative technology projects
Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity is highly desirable
Familiarity with 3D software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender is highly desirable
High-level knowledge of IT and AV hardware systems, including immersive LED walls and backend servers
Exposure to digital twin or experiential/installation work is a plus
Exceptional organizational capabilities to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Ability to translate technical constraints into clear client updates
