About the role
- Coordinate multiple strategic foresight projects, throughout their entire lifecycle, from proposal to delivery
- Manage resources effectively and ensure seamless delivery to clients
- Develop and manage delivery of high-quality projects
- Define project objectives, key deliverables and timelines with stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet time, budget, and profitability goals
- Track key performance metrics
- Proactively manage multiple clients and projects, providing regular updates
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring highest quality of work
- Develop accurate cost estimates and timelines for proposals
- Maintain oversight of the new business pipeline
- Audit and enhance workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management in a fast-paced agency environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to lead client meetings and business reviews in a confident and concise manner
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously across different time zones
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Highly proactive, adaptable and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Commercially driven, with a focus on optimising efficiency and profitability
- Experience with project management systems (i.e. Paprika, Monday.com)
- Experience with Keynote and Excel ideal.
