Manager

• Managing Togather’s most valuable and production-heavy events with key Clients that bring in the most income for the business.
• Delivering event briefs from the point of signing a contract through to the live event and post-event reporting.
• Creating Health & Safety and RAMS docs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Working with suppliers to deliver great events that exceed client expectations, drawing on experience and expertise to ensure that all aspects of event production are executed flawlessly.
• Coming up with clever ways to engage suppliers and grow their revenue, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership.
• Creating post-event data packs with relevant information for our clients and identifying areas of improvement.
• Maintaining up-to-date records and information across all event management platforms and applications.
• Assisting with testing and company-wide initiatives, representing the team at company functions, ensuring that the team is aligned with company goals and objectives.

• - Help design, build and maintain the core data models that teams rely on day to day.
• - Improve self-serve analytics (You’ll help teams get faster, clearer answers from data without always needing bespoke analysis.)
• - Support customer and supplier journey insight (You’ll help us understand how customers and suppliers move through Togather’s marketplace, where journeys are working well, and where they can be improved.)
• - Build data products for people and AI tools (We’re increasingly using AI tools to help teams work faster and make better use of company knowledge. This role will help make sure those tools are built on reliable, governed and well-modelled data.)
• - Work closely with stakeholders (You’ll be a senior partner to teams across Togather, helping them understand what data can and can’t tell them.)

• Reporting into our Head if Venues within our Commercial team, you will expand our footprint within the £10 billion UK venues market, specifically targeting the largest and most prestigious venues in London and the rest of the UK.
• Your mission is to pitch, close and embed Togather as the go-to catering solution for those venues by leveraging our digital platform of high-quality food & drinks options.
• You will drive our market expansion, secure strategic partnerships, and ensure Togather becomes the preferred partner of choice for UK event venues looking to enhance their catering offering.
• This will involve both business development but also creative strategies to improve our positioning in the venues industry.
• In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting potential venues to negotiating and closing preferred and exclusive supplier agreements.
• You will develop and execute acquisition strategies, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure our services are integrated and visible.
• By harmonising Togather’s proposition to venues, your efforts will revolutionise how venues engage with Togather and continue our trajectory as the go-to solution for UK event venues.
