Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS: ideally in complex, data heavy workflows (e.g., FinTech, ERPs, Logistics, or Construction Tech).
- Builder Mindset: You don’t wait for perfect, you ship MVPs and learn.
- AI-minded: You ask "can this be done by AI?" a lot.
- Strong Sense of Ownership: If something is blocked or you find a problem - you fix it.
- Discovery First: You talk to users before building anything.
