About the role
- Own the roadmap: You decide what gets built and when, informed by user research, data, and business priorities.
- Master the nuance: Dive deep into the needs of specific trades.
- Conduct in depth discovery, directly with your users: Spend time with estimators, watch how they work, understand their pain.
- Ship fast, learn faster: move in weeks, not quarters.
- Measure impact: Define success metrics, analyze user behavior and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS: Ideally in complex, data heavy workflows.
- Builder Mindset: You don’t wait for perfect, you ship MVPs and learn.
- AI-minded: You ask "can this be done by AI?" a lot.
- Strong Sense of Ownership: If something is blocked or you find a problem - you fix it.
- Discovery First: You talk to users before building anything.
- Bonus: Experience in the Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (AEC) space is a massive plus, but not required if you are a fast learner.
