Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and grow the business

- Define and execute the France market strategy
- Increase productivity and profitability by evolving team structure
- Act as the bridge between the French market and global teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience from regulated, funding-driven markets (e.g. healthcare, education) is a strong advantage
- Ability to navigate complex ecosystems involving clinicians, institutions, and public stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix organization
- Fluent French and strong business English (written and spoken)
