About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect complex technical setups and scalable configurations for multi-site Enterprise operations
  • Lead high-stakes, multi-location rollouts from design through go-live
  • Design display configurations, content hierarchies, and integration frameworks across dozens or hundreds of sites
  • Manage franchisee and corporate relationships and mitigate brand-level risks
  • Serve as primary escalation point for advanced hardware, software, and networking challenges
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across the Enterprise deployment organization
  • Partner with Integrations, Product, and Sales to remove blockers for large brands
  • Provide internal QA for multi-unit rollouts
  • Mentor peers and identify workflow gaps
  • Present scalable solutions beyond individual projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of combined experience in POS, technology, or SaaS
  • Experience implementing complex hardware and software at scale
  • Experience managing integrations
  • Advanced networking skills
  • Master understanding of corporate IT and operational needs
  • Comfort working with corporate IT leaders and regional managers
  • Advanced understanding of Enterprise configurations, above-store reporting, and third-party integrations, including Hotel PMS
  • Ability to own and drive cross-team escalations to resolution
  • Project management strength requiring no oversight
  • Ability to independently improve Enterprise procedures and complete complex, multi-phased rollouts
  • Impeccable judgment on complex corporate issues
  • Self-starter ability to navigate multi-unit operations
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence collaboration
  • Leadership by example and scalable mindset
  • Nice-to-have: experience with drive thru technology, digital signage, digital menu boards, kiosks, AV, or similar hardware deployments
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with construction, permitting, electrical, or site preparation workflows
  • Nice-to-have: strong understanding of POS systems and restaurant operations workflows, or experience supporting multi-unit QSR or fast casual brands
