About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive the roadmap for your area of Toast Now, reimagining how restaurant managers engage with Toast on mobile.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and iterate on product features.
  • Define and deliver outcomes in your product area—owning success metrics and driving product changes that create measurable improvements in customer value and product economics.
  • Research and engage deeply with customers—whether through direct conversations, sales interactions, or support calls.
  • Operate at both strategic and executional levels, translating vision into detailed product requirements and cross-functional execution plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager at a Senior level, ideally with mobile product experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships across engineering, design, marketing, and other product teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and influence decisions across teams working on related initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and capable of turning vision into execution.
