Senior Director – Global Compensation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the VP of Total Rewards to shape and execute compensation strategy
- Set strategy and governance for equity programs balancing retention and performance
- Define and evolve global compensation philosophy including salary structures
- Own market data strategy and internal analytics for executive decisions
- Ensure compensation function aligns with business strategy and talent needs
- Design and govern annual compensation cycles for scalable execution
- Provide guidance on executive hiring and offers alignment
- Lead design of incentive programs in partnership with Finance and Sales
- Define and execute roadmap for next-generation compensation systems
- Ensure compensation programs meet regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Worked at a high-growth public company or a company undergoing significant global expansion
- Deep, hands-on expertise in SEC reporting and public company compensation requirements
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
- Strong business acumen aligning compensation strategies to company performance
- Highly analytical with the ability to use data and modeling for decisions
- Experience managing compensation across international jurisdictions
- Ability to translate complex financial or compensation models into clear narratives
- Strong judgment in evaluating talent and calibrating compensation
- Experience leveraging technology and AI tools for compensation improvement
- Player-coach mindset and willingness to take ownership in evolving environments
