About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain Clay workflows to map intent signals
- Enrich and score accounts using third-party signals
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams for outreach sequences
- Own the data pipeline from Clay into CRM and Sales Assistant
- Continuously refine scoring models based on conversion data
- Develop a 3rd-party signal integration roadmap
- Partner with Sales leadership and RevOps for planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering
- Hands-on experience building and owning Clay workflows at scale
- Deep familiarity with third-party signal providers
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI agents
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process
- Strong SQL skills
- Systems thinker comfortable with APIs and automation tooling
