Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain Clay workflows to map intent signals
  • Enrich and score accounts using third-party signals
  • Partner with Sales and SDR teams for outreach sequences
  • Own the data pipeline from Clay into CRM and Sales Assistant
  • Continuously refine scoring models based on conversion data
  • Develop a 3rd-party signal integration roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering
  • Hands-on experience building and owning Clay workflows at scale
  • Deep familiarity with third-party signal providers
  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI agents
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Systems thinker comfortable with APIs and automation tooling
