About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations
- 1+ years experience in a project management or implementation role
- Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
