About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the technical strategy and architecture for Financial Management
- Identify and prioritize high-impact customer, business, and technical problems
- Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Finance, Support, Data, and external vendors
- Lead architectural discussions and help sequence the roadmap
- Mentor engineers and model engineering excellence
- Act as a multiplier driving improvements for productivity and customer impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in a Java / Kotlin environment
- Leverages and explores AI tools to improve workflow
- Demonstrated success independently owning complex technical initiatives
- Strong judgment designing and operating distributed systems
- Proven ability to balance hands-on execution and technical direction
- Skilled at aligning engineering, product, design, and leadership stakeholders
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of user workflows
