Strong analytical fluency: expert in funnels, experimentation design, and data-driven decision making
Experience building AI-powered or automation-heavy product systems
Demonstrated ability to operate as both strategic executive and hands-on builder
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, influencing executives and functional and technical leaders to drive alignment
A customer-centric mindset with deep empathy for operators who depend on tools to run their businesses.
