  • Demonstrated ability to operate as both strategic executive and hands-on builder
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, influencing executives and functional and technical leaders to drive alignment
  • A customer-centric mindset with deep empathy for operators who depend on tools to run their businesses.
