What you’ll need

Product Design: design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered products
Conversational design: develop and evaluate conversational flows across chat and voice interfaces
Orchestration design: define how CSM agent coordinates with core agent and other 'specialist agents'
Prototyping: fluency with AI-native prototyping tools such as Cursor, v0, Replit etc along with Figma
Data-driven: define AI-specific success metrics and use conversation logs to drive design iteration
Learning & growth: maintain understanding of AI infrastructure concepts
