Drive the development of high-performance Salesforce solutions, Salesforce CPQ, spanning Apex, LWC, and complex integrations.
Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices regarding the Salesforce Data Model, Security, Sharing, and Visibility.
Act as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level developers.
Oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, including GitHub PR processes, merge conflict resolution, and CI/CD best practices.
Partner with leadership to provide accurate story sizing and project estimates within a SCRUM framework.
Act as the final line of defense for complex production issues.

Requirements

10+ years of Salesforce development experience within a large-scale Enterprise environment.
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Products, Pricing Rules, Lookup Queries, and Quote Templates).
Proven mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform event-driven architectures, Web-services & integration.
Previous experience leading a team of developers through successful project delivery.
Advanced understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office).
