About the role

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key area of Toast’s GTM technology ecosystem
  • Lead end-to-end product development across GTM systems
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders
  • Translate complex business processes into scalable, well-designed product solutions
  • Drive improvements across core platforms such as Salesforce
  • Make informed prioritization and tradeoff decisions
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Define and track success metrics

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Gainsight)
  • Strong product instincts with a track record of building intuitive, user-centered experiences
  • Ability to operate comfortably across both technical systems and business workflows
  • Demonstrated experience making data-driven decisions
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
