Requirements
- 10+ years in operations, quality, continuous improvement, or transformation
- Deep expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC, A3, etc.)
- Proven track record of driving systemic problem resolution across complex organizations
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Skilled at building governance structures
- Intellectual curiosity combined with disciplined execution
- Growth-oriented leader who builds high-performing teams
