About the role
- Build complex vendor capacity forecasting models.
- Deliver WBR (Weekly Business Review) and month-end performance reports.
- Develop Level of Effort (LOE) models and Field Utilization analyses.
- Lead resource allocation for territory management.
- Model and analyze customer support data during onboarding.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all reports.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into onboarding duration and customer quality.
- Optimize reporting cadence by developing complex Sigma dashboards.
- Identify strategic opportunities to leverage data for AI-driven initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of analytical experience, preferably focused on customer or field operations.
- Expert SQL proficiency and extensive experience with data visualization tools (Sigma preferred, Hex, or Tableau).
- Demonstrated experience building complex forecasting models for capacity planning, territory management, and field utilization.
- Experience supporting a 3rd party vendor or partner network and managing performance analysis/optimization.
- Proven ability to work with Finance teams on month-end closing and data reconciliation processes.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing executive-level insights.
- End-to-end project management skills.
