About the role
- Analysis and resolution of incidents in Second and Third Level Support
- Planning, implementation and operation of backbone and metro network segments (Edge, Core, Access)
- Execution and responsibility for complex change and migration projects
- Active participation in standardizing technical procedures and further developing operational processes
- Providing technical briefings and onboarding for colleagues
- Participation in on-call duty
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT/network engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of switching, routing and MPLS
- Ideally experience with Juniper and Nokia network technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
- High initiative, solution-oriented thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
