About the role
- Holistic management and development of the portfolio in the B2B environment.
- Primary point of contact for customers; capture and implementation of requirements.
- Central interface between associations, customers and the company.
- Structuring and negotiation of contracts related to wholesale products.
- Analysis of revenue and sales developments and initiation of countermeasures.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the B2B sector, Key Account or Partner Management.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Highly solution-focused with structured and analytical working methods.
- Independent and organized way of working.
- Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written).
- Ideally, basic technical understanding and experience in telecommunications or IT.
