About the role
- Management of direct sales: You will lead our door-to-door (D2D) sales operations and manage them with a target-oriented approach.
- This includes training, quality control, and communication with the responsible contacts.
- By supervising D2D agencies, you will contribute to building our own sales representatives.
- With the help of retail partners we aim to provide our customers with an enhanced advisory offering.
- In the Hesse region you will establish and maintain these business relationships with partners.
- We work closely with elected officials such as mayors and local council leaders. You are responsible for coordinating, designing, and managing our joint initiatives.
- For the Hesse region you monitor the relevant KPIs and derive appropriate measures.
Requirements
- Commercial/business qualification — whether vocational training or university degree — or an equivalent qualification
- Career changers with relevant professional experience are welcome
- An affinity for telecommunications, ideally complemented by experience in D2D and retail
- You enjoy speaking in front of people and have gained initial leadership experience
- You implement new ideas independently and are intrinsically motivated to explore new sales channels with us
- You combine office work with regional travel to acquire customers and manage the local market
