About the role

  • Direct sales management: You lead our door-to-door (D2D) sales operations and guide them with a targets-focused approach.
  • Management of D2D agencies and development of in-house sales representatives.
  • Partnership management: building and maintaining business relationships with partners.
  • Collaboration with elected officials such as mayors and local community leaders.
  • Responsibility for reporting and for designing and implementing corrective and development measures.

Requirements

  • You hold a commercial/business qualification—either vocational training or a university degree—or an equivalent qualification.

  • Experience in door-to-door (D2D) and retail sales.
  • Initial leadership experience.
