About the role
- Direct sales management: You lead our door-to-door (D2D) sales operations and guide them with a targets-focused approach.
- Management of D2D agencies and development of in-house sales representatives.
- Partnership management: building and maintaining business relationships with partners.
- Collaboration with elected officials such as mayors and local community leaders.
- Responsibility for reporting and for designing and implementing corrective and development measures.
Requirements
- You hold a commercial/business qualification—either vocational training or a university degree—or an equivalent qualification.
- Career changers with relevant professional experience are welcome.
- Experience in door-to-door (D2D) and retail sales.
- Initial leadership experience.
