About the role
- Technical support for setting up telephone lines or Wi‑Fi
- Administrative support with billing disputes and changes to customer master data
- Point of contact for customers facing various issues

- Responding to contract-related questions and providing phone support to field technicians
Requirements
- Confident user of Windows
- Quick to learn processes and use digital tools
- Enjoy working with customers
- Patience and a professional manner
- Technical background (xDSL and fiber) is an advantage
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is desirable
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
