About the role

  • Monitoring of the internet network in the Network Operations Center (NOC)
  • Handling incident reports in First and Second Level Support for customer connections
  • Detecting and resolving network outages and issues
  • Optimizing network performance through testing, analysis and troubleshooting
  • Sharing solutions for network issues with other teams or external partners

Requirements
