About the role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with strategic partners to drive joint business growth.
- Align marketing initiatives with partner business goals, sales targets, and product roadmaps.
- Lead the creation of co-branded campaigns, product launches, digital content, and demand generation programs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including messaging, creative development, and performance tracking.
- Own the planning, allocation, and ROI tracking of MDF investments.
- Guide partners on proposal development and ensure compliance with branding and ROI standards.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison between internal teams (sales, product, comms) and partner marketing counterparts.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to internal and partner stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to develop partner-facing assets such as solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all partner touchpoints.
- Support joint participation in industry events, webinars, and partner summits.
- Coordinate logistics, messaging, and promotional activities for partner-led events.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian
- A strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, and semiconductor or high-tech industries.
